Swim Lesson Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be made if a class or program is cancelled because of insufficient enrollment.  Refunds will be processed within

10 business days.

If you cancel and request a refund, please read carefully.  A refund will be issued on classes (minus a $10 processing fee per class)

if the participant cancels within two business days before the class begins.  This allows time to place someone from the waiting list.

If you cancel on the day of the class there will be no refund.

What do we need to know about your child?

Due to the safety concerns around water, if your child has special needs please notify us before lessons begin.

Behavior Policy

Due to the inherent risk of pool environment, a class participant whose behavior is persistently unsafe, disruptive, or requires a disproportionate

amount of the instructors’ time, may be dropped from the program.
