Membership entitles you to full access of all facilities (pool, weight room and running track) during scheduled hours. 

Memberships do not include classes which are led by an instructor, such as swim lessons or exercise classes. 

Memberships are effective from date of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

A “Couple” or “Family” is defined as those who live in the same household.

Memberships must be purchased in person at the pool office. Return to index to print a membership

application for instructions on the process.

Adults included in the membership are required to provide a drivers’ license which displays the membership address.

To purchase resident memberships, proof as a Hartland Schools taxpayer is required.  Proof can typically be

found on the current voter registration cards that specifically identify you as paying Hartland Schools taxes, or a

current property tax bill.  Your address does not constitute proof of residency unless you have a 48353 zip code.

Please provide one photo, in jpeg format (no hard copies), including everyone included in the membership. You can

bring it in on a flash drive, or it can be e-mailed to charleenprobek@hartlandschools.us. If unable to provide your own

photo, please come to the pool for a group picture. Memberships will not be processed without the photo.

Everyone is welcome at our beautiful facility, but we ask you to understand that Hartland Schools’ taxpayers are paying

for the building with their property tax dollars. Visitors from outside the school district are asked to pay their fair share

with higher user fees.
